eBooks, eChapters and PDFs

All of our published product is made available as PDFs, both as a whole books and as chapters. Ebooks and e chapters are available from us direct (see details below) and ebooks are also available from third party evendors as follows :MyiLibrary, DawsonEra, Ingram Digital (including Coursesmart and Vitalsource), Reference Tree, Overdrive, E-Books Corporation, Ebrary and EBSCO.

Ebooks

Our ebooks are protected with EditionGuard, to open them you need to download Adobe Digital Editions.
You will be able to copy and print a limited amount from our ebooks (to a maximum of 25 pages) and you will be able to view your ebook on a maximum of 3 devices that you have linked to your Adobe Digital Editions account.

Echapters

Our echapter PDFs are automatically personalized with the buyers' email and date of purchase, along with any licensing details - as appropriate.

The PDFs are linked back to their page on Goodfellowpublishers.com and contain full title information, authors and copyright message.

When you buy a PDF echapter from Goodfellowpublishers.com, you will check-out via Paypal, who will automatically issue you with a receipt, bearing a unique invoice number. When your transaction is complete, you will be returned to the website where you can immediately download your echapter(s). If you have a created an account with Goodfellow Publishers, you may login at anytime for the next week to download your purchases. If you have not created an account, you can use the invoice number in your Paypal receipt to access your files.

Buying a PDF file from Goodfellowpublishers will automatically give you access to the same materials on our website for true portability and 24x7 access. You will need an account with Goodfellow Publishers in order to access the online version.

If you don't have an account, you may create one using your invoice number and the email you used with Paypal (which you may change later).

Accessibility Statement for Goodfellow Publishers Limited

Here at Goodfellow Publishers we strive to do all we can to make our publications accessible to all.

Under EU legislation, we are deemed a ‘micro-enterprise’ meaning that we are exempt from the EAA requirements. However, in spite of this we have made sure that our backlist titles to 2020 are all available in both PDF and ePub 1.0 formats and we can supply ePubs of earlier titles on request.

All of our ePubs have been validated as accessible by Ace by Daisy. All of our PDFs can be read by screen readers, but please note that all PDFs currently provide descriptive alt-text for illustrations or have complete accessibility metadata.
All of our titles are also available on request via RNIB Bookshare (rnibbookshare.org) Their service provides accessible textbooks and reading materials to students with print disabilities, allowing them to read and learn alongside their peers. They can be contacted via email at bookshare@rnib.org.uk or by calling 0300 3030 8313. If the book you need isn’t on their current list, they will take requests and liaise with the us here at Goodfellow Publishers (or the relevant publisher) to provide accessible formats for readers. Just complete the RNIB Bookshare Book Request Form in their site.
